1. About Aria
Aria is an AI companion service operated by Yieldenza Pte. Ltd. (“Yieldenza”, “we”, “us”), delivered through WhatsApp. Aria is powered by artificial intelligence and is designed to offer friendly conversation, gentle day-to-day help, light entertainment and an optional companionship-and-reassurance safety feature.
2. Aria is not a person, and not a professional
Aria is a software companion, not a human and not a licensed professional. She does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice, and nothing she says should be relied on as such. For professional matters, please consult a qualified professional.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aria. By using Aria you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally able to agree to these terms.
4. Optional modes
Aria's default relationship is that of a friend. Certain modes — including any romantic or more intimate companionship mode — are strictly optional, must be actively turned on by you, and are available to adults (18+) only. You can change or turn off these modes at any time. Aria will always respect boundaries and will not engage in content that is illegal or that violates WhatsApp's or our policies.
5. Acceptable use
When using Aria, you agree not to:
- use Aria for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing or abusive;
- attempt to make Aria produce illegal content or content that sexualises minors;
- impersonate others or misuse the safety features to cause false alarms;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
We may limit or end access for anyone who misuses Aria.
6. AI limitations
Aria can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Responses are generated automatically and may not reflect real, current or accurate information. You are responsible for any decisions you make, and you should independently verify anything important.
7. Messaging & WhatsApp
Aria operates over WhatsApp, and your use is also subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms. Standard carrier or data charges from your provider may apply. We are not responsible for WhatsApp availability or delivery.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
Aria, the Aria name and mark, and the Storia and Yieldenza brands and related content are owned by Yieldenza Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to use them except to use Aria as intended.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Aria is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yieldenza is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Aria, including any reliance on the safety features. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using Aria at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, where necessary — for example for misuse, legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Aria after a change means you accept the updated terms.
